The Mulberry Manor was built in 1900 as a frame cottage. Its most recent renovation was in 2006.

The Manor features 2 bedrooms, one with 1 Queen bed, and one with 2 Queen beds, a comfortable living room, dining room that seats 6 to 8, 1 bath, sun porch, large flat screen TV in a hideaway cabinet, and a hot tub enclosed with privacy fence.
The kitchen is stocked with coffee & tea and it is a short walk to the Square to grab a bite to eat. Cable TV, telephone is also provided at the Manor.
