* The system will allow you to see availability and the total price BEFORE you put in any credit card information.   Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking.  

We generally charge your card within weeks of your visit.  

*  Days Available for booking appear WHITE and those colored in RED are already Booked.  If the date you are wanting is colored red on the top half and white on the bottom half ~ That means it's available!  Another guest is staying the night before, they will be checking out at 11, and the Cottage is available for rental at 2 pm that afternoon.

Policies

Reservations may be cancelled

up to 10 days before arrival date

for a refund. 

If you must cancel less than 10 days before arrival, we will give credit in the amount of your payment for a future stay with us.

Rates starting at $120 for
1 or 2 Guests  (Rates vary according to season) 

 $ 35 extra per person, per night   over two people  (maximum occupancy 6)

  $50 Canine Fee (small dogs up to 30 lbs and must be approved by owner) 

  $   75 Cleaning Fee

State and local taxes will be added​
